=o do you really think the english version of Inuyasha: The final act is good? I don't mean to offend no one, but i felt disappointed when i watch the first episode on you tube. why? ...>=O because they change the voice actors for the main charcters! The replacements are horrible! =( My heart sinked when i heard the voice actor for sesshomaru! His voice used to be so smooth, but now it sounds so ruff! Plus, they need to slow the dialogue down for at least 3 seconds! give the voice actors time to breath! sheesh!

Re: [adultswim] needs new anime
The Final Act's finally dubbed ? The original series had a pretty crappy dub as well
EDIT: It was pretty bad xD I'm ashamed. Just watch it subbed then, It's a great series.

Re: [adultswim] needs new anime
=D sorry! but i disagree. Inuyasha the origional series is really good in dub! xD I love the voice actors for the dub, =0 but i don't like the dub for inuyasha: the final act. Watching it in sub is no different to me than in dub, except i have to read everything there saying.

Re: [adultswim] needs new anime
I haven't watched the Final Act yet, but I youtubed it to hear its dub. Can't find it though. So, concerning the Final Act, I can't really say.
However, I can talk about the original TV series, as I've watched both subbed and dubbed. Come on TGM, which dubs did you watch, from what I can remember I think they're actually good. However, may I say, the subbed version has a bit of a slight sailor-moon-westernized-emphasis...just watch these 2 videos when Rin found Sesshoumarou, subbed and dubbed. For the subbed go @10.12 (it's off-tempo btw)
Both are devil-may-care but the dubbed version Sesshoumaru looks harsher, while the original is less bitter. While, when Rin smiled, the subbed version Sesshoumaru said "I only asked a question", in the dubbed version he said this and added the red part, which was not in the original - what I call of sailor-moon-westernized-emphasis - , "I simply asked a question. I don't care, I'm just curious.". I don't get why they make him say unnecessary stuff that spoils the sweetness of the moment... he's badass and likeable enough.
Well, here are 2 videos of moments between Sesshoumaru and Jaken. Deathstare, lol.
...I need to watch the Final Act... can't get enough of Sesshoumaruness.

Omg, just watched a bit of the dub of the Final Act and it's...bad. No~ Sesshoumaru sounds like a police interrogator.
