My Top Ten:
1.Ghost in the Shell ( probably the best sci-fi anime ever. It influenced The matrix. Enough said XD)
2. Cowboy Bebop (best combo of blues, space and action/drama)
3.Gankutsuou: the count of Monte Cristo ( This whole freaking anime is beautiful...besides the patterns move xD)
4.Lupin The Third. Lupin is kick butt, plus Old school anime is Win.
5. Mononoke. A spin off of Aykayashi. This Beats FLCL by far on the colorfulness scale. Same goes for Gankutsuou lol
6.Trigun. The story is very original and vash is just epic :p
7.Gundum Wing. Epically the best Robot series besides Robotech. Also my brothers fav xD
8.Ai No kusabi. Yeah...this is yaoi, but its also everything else. straight or not, this is a great sci-fi/love/hate/action anime
9.Wolfs rain. Personally, i don't know anyone who hasn't shed a tear on this haha
And Finally...Last Exile x3 There's not much Steam-punk anime out there...besides steam boy? and a couple of others...but this has a great mix of ation/drama/love and sci-fi. Plus the animation is all around beautiful
Death note would of been on the List, but Madhouse screwed it Up. Besides, i got bored after L died.
Also Naruto isn't on the list because its just too over-rated for me. Not hating, but it got so redundant to me, that i just settled to for reading the manga the rest of the way, and i dont even do that that much >_>

Sorry i made a spelling error. Its Ayakashi. Its a horror anime anthology revolving around three stories about Yotsuya Kaiden, Tenshu Monogatari and Bake Neko
