Anyway, here's the result I came up with to show the face. I thought this effect would be the best to go for, this way you show the face and still can keep the girl (cropped a bit the left part though), is it satisfying?

Awesome sig, great job Iru.
Note: i find for pics being posted on the forums 400X400px is a good size, sigs maybe about 200X600px (That's just what i find works for me, you can adjust it to what you want).

Yes there is a feminine version of webmaster it just isn't very common i don't think
