The best sensei?

So we had a topic for the worst sensei. How about the best one?
My choice would be Kakashi, even though i like Orochimaru as well... The top would be something like:

Exactly! He was funny, but he knew when to get serious. He was actually the one who sort of "tamed" Naruto, right? Iruka was Naruto's first sensei, but Kakashi was the one who actually taught him the basics of fighting.
