As far as I know, they never meet after the two of them fought each other at episode 228.

Aokiji is seeing at Water Seven talking to Nico Robin. He also make a brief appearance on episode 323 when Garp and the army is trying to capture Straw Hat Pirate Crew. Technically, Luffy didn't meet eye to eye with Aokiji in both occasion.

I'm not sure when will the two meet each other since the plot is focused on the new arc right now. However, since Oda already planned out the plot and storyline and keep it very organized, we might see Luffy vs Aokiji one more time in the future.
