Reira is one of the most random people you will ever encounter in the world.
Shes the type of person who would slap people with whatever she holds the moment she thinks its appropriate. She tends to get moody in times and seem to have lost her mind for some odd reason. She has constant memory lapses and the type who could fall asleep even while eating a meal. Shes carefree and could be a little to childish, but knows when to take things seriously. Especially when the situation demands it.

Zanpakuto Name: Himo no Tenshi (Heavenly String)
Zanpakuto Sealed Appearance: A normal looking katana which is all black, old and rusted.
Zanpakuto Spirit:
She is a little marionette girl moved by strings which are reaching out into the horizon. Her body is made entirely out of wood, with wooden fingers and joints. She has crystal eyes painted in blue, has a long tied up black hair and wears a red and black ballerina dress. She's sometimes seen with an eye patch, and sometimes without.
Inner World:
Believed to be a two dimensional world with two moons, one the black moon where everything is white, and one the white moon where everything is black. Ruru calls the place 'ironia' its an Italian world translating to irony, for it was ironic how the world was built with thick black/white visible lines, like it was drawn or painted.

Shikai Passive Abilities:
Himo No Tenshi changes the area's dimensions upon entering shikai, having the element of heaven and earth, it can practically change the area surroundings into anything, making dreams reality, or the other way around.
Shikai Passive Abilities Disadvantages:
Could cause real damage Ruru her self the ability being unstable under going constant changes. Also, it can only affect a certain dimension area within her territory reaching the size of a 10 meter radius. Its practically harmless and wont do anything to the enemies, it only grants illusions of scenery. It's more like flashing pictures of places.
Shikai Active Abilities:
1.Chichi (loop) 父
An illusion ability that can repeat various attacks that the user made within a 10 meter radius
2.Shinku No suji (Crimson Strings) 筋
Can attach invisible spiritual strings into opponents/objects making them unable to move for them selves or restraining them from any movements for a considerable amount of time and reiatsu.
Shikai Active Abilities Disadvantages:
1. The ability simply loops old moves, which makes it somewhat predictable if the the shinigami is that of a high level one. If not careful, Ruru can also get damaged by her own attacks.
2. Shinku No Suji is a useful technique indeed, only its a 50/50 ability which can only be used with the users blood. In other words, the reason why Shinku no suji is as effective as it is, is because the of strings made out from the users condensed blood mixed with spiritual energy. Making Ruru and Himo's bond unbreakable.
Although unbreakable, the strings dont have a life of there own, thus the enemies can simply pull on them. They could also break free from it if they muster enough reiatsu to cut free out of the strings.
Only Ruru can control this lifeless strings and make them dance, but by using it, she can die.
Bankai: Unattained
Other Abilities:Having superb Zanjutsu skils, she also excels in Hakuda and Hoho.
But since she's born of the Minamoto Clan, there true mastery is on the art of
Tessenjutsu or the martial art of Japanese war fans.
She calls her war fan Ganryū despite it being a normal peice of metal twists, but it changes forms from time to time. {which is why she named it thinking its connected to a different form of zanpakuto, but its really just a normal war fan. "It's really fun seeing my enemies faces when i call my war fan's name, they really think that something zanpakuto-magical will happen, but it's really just for scare, they really believe it")
Reira is the type of Shinigami who finds it unnecessary to draw her Zanpakuto if not needed, which explains why she never got to master her bankai and just gave up on it. (She's mostly just real lazy and war fans come in really handy and light so what gives.)
Sample Roleplay:
It was a hot summer day when she returned, carrying nothing with her. She was wearing a mask as she entered the gates of the shrine, one real reason why no one was able to recognize her.
"Uhmoo, can we help you?"One of the guards asked, as she did look quite suspicious that day. Restraining her self from bursting into laughter, she coughs and said.
"I'm here to visit Okazaki Reira, if you dont mind it."The guard looks at her even more suspiciously as he sent a hell-butterfly to the main building asking if the master was expecting anyone.
As it returned the guard turned to back to the person and said.
"I'm afraid our master hasn't come back yet, please leave the area premises."Reira immediately thought he was rude.
"How come?" there was no reason to send her away just for looking suspicious.
"It's a Saturday, the shrine is closed."and so the puzzle was solved.
"No wonder" she thought now exiting the gate watching it get closed from her peripheral view.
"I guess im going to have to play with them a little longer until they guess whats really going on"Taking a seat along the steps of the main entrance, she was the center of attention, but paid no attention to the growing crowd but the moment she did, the only words she said was as follows.
"Even with a mask on they crowd on me, how unlucky."
