Oh that's an easy one. Aizen of course! I didn't know who Isen was at first. Then i read all the posts and i was like: "Oooooooooohhh i see now!"

I definitely like Chad's personality better. XD he's so...serious.. lol I love it. If you tell him that a leprechaun has been hit by a car he'll be ready to give it CPR. Strong and silent characters FTW!
In my opinion Aizen's powers are a little OP. You see his released Zanpauktou once and he eternally controls your senses? If you think about it alot of the characters from Bleach are OP. Thats one of the reasons I like it so much though! lol You always expect Ichigo to pull out some over-the-top-awesome powers and beat the bad guys.
But back to the topic.
I can't say exactly who is better; just that they both have the pros and cons.
