Asking for time off at work.

OK so here's a story that i think is kinda funny but at the same time I don't know what to think about it ....

So I go into work I worked 4 hours and then they started sending people home.... So I think well I need to ask for time off for the wedding anyways... but I had to think of a different excuse other than I'm getting married because Lex had already went and asked for time off and he told them he was getting married... So I told them I was moving because we don't know if they allow couples or not so we just wanted to be on the safe side... so she entered it into the computer and told me to try and get the "moving" done on my days off... I told her I would try but I'm not promising anything though with how they have been sending people home I don't think it will be an issue... but at any rate I go outside to wait for my dad to pick me up cause Lex is still working at this point... So she comes out and asks me if Lex and I were getting married so I told her no.... well i kinda think she might be onto us so i'm gonna call her in a few days and tell her that my "friend" who is helping me "move" Is only available the 23rd and 24th and I can't afford to rent a u-haul or anything like that..... So were gonna start looking for other jobs.... this one was mostly something quick so we can pay our bills. XD what do you all think about it... think she's onto us?

Ok so lex was talking to his supervisor in training and they do allow couples O.o I have just heard that they don't

I know i shouldn't have... i called her and explained everything to her. She just kinda laughed at me and told me she understood.

And if she were me and heard that she woulda done the same thing so it wasn't a big deal though i know i shouldn't have lied to her in the first place but i came back and was honest

Every one stretches the truth some times. They say it's alright cause it doesn't case any harm, but in the end your still lying.

Agreed. But, I did straighten that out with her so it's all good now. I made sure to apologize and such
